Under the Mobile Protect plan,2 repair requests are allowed during the plan period. The maximum time frame for each repair is a maximum of 14 working days
How can I raise repair request under Mobile Protect service?
You raise the repair request under Mobile Protect service in two simple steps:
- Step 1: Register your repair request 24*7 on call or through online mode.
- Step 2: Submit the required documents and pay the necessary service fee.
Once your request is registered and processed, pick-up will be scheduled by an authorized service provider.
How much time will it take to repair and dispatch the device?
The mobile device will be repaired and dispatched back to you within 14 working days
