This heart driven mission, aptly named “Saksham” is focused on imparting the basics of daily financial management and enabling the lady of the house by empowering her with financial knowledge to run her household. Our commitment extends beyond transactions to transform lives through knowledge and empowerment. From homemakers to daily wage earners, Saksham's workshops have created a platform of learning across the diverse cultural landscape of India, covering essential financial concepts from budgeting to investment planning. Our mission is simple yet profound: empower every woman to confidently navigate her financial journey.

Saksham is our dedicated effort to demystify the financial world for the women and young girls of India’s marginalized communities. We envision a world where every individual is equipped with the knowledge & skills to make informed financial decisions.
Our journey began in 2021, starting with an Employee Volunteering Program that reached 500 students across four colleges. The success of this phase ignited the expansion of Saksham in partnership with the Indian Development Foundation (IDF), touching the lives of nearly 30,000 women and young girls.
Through Saksham we have reached out to the farthest corners of India & made the unattainable dream of financial literacy a tangible reality. In 2022-23, our initiative brought us closer to the hearts of young learners across 10+ states through in-person interactions across 605+ learning sessions.
In 2024, we are expanding our horizons by partnering with Sewa Bharat. Together, we are embarking on a mission to enlighten & empower additional 20,000 women across 5 states with over 800 workshops. Saksham is more than a program; it’s a movement towards a financially literate society, where women are equipped to make sound financial decisions through education.
