- Active members (members who have used the Ujjwal Card at least once in the last 12 months) won’t be charged a membership fee
- An annual membership fee of ₹99 (all inclusive) will be charged to inactive members (members who have not used the Ujjwal Card in the last 12 months) to continue service for the next 12 months

Do I need to pay any fee to avail Ujjwal Card?
A one-time joining fee of ₹549 will be charged towards the processing charges. Also, a membership fee of ₹99 will be charged annually, which can be waived if you use your card even once every 12 months

Ujjwal Card provides you with an instant limit of ₹10,000 to ₹50,000 based on your credit eligibility.
Can I choose the credit limit for my Ujjwal Card?
Yes, Home Credit gives you the flexibility to set your Ujjwal Card limit from ₹10,000 up to the maximum offered limit
Can I increase/decrease the limit after getting an Ujjwal Card?
Reduction or increment in the Ujjwal Card limit is not permitted post issuance. However, you are allowed to choose your credit limit at the time of availing the Ujjwal Card
Can I apply for a physical card?

Can I extend/change the EMI tenure after the transaction?

There is no option to postpone EMIs; they should be paid on or before the due date to avoid late payment charges. Customers can opt for Fin-Shield to cover them in such eventualities
What is the Payment Holiday?
Payment Holiday allows customers to postpone their EMIs by one month. It can be availed after paying the first two EMIs on or before the due date.
What is Free Early Repayment?
Early Foreclosure allows customers to foreclose their loan without any additional charges. Customers paying EMIs through direct debit mode are required to raise the foreclosure request 5 days before the next due date. Customers paying EMIs through any other method can raise foreclosure request anytime
How will I get my Ujjwal Card monthly bill?
Your monthly bill will be mailed to you on your registered e-mail at the end of the monthly billing cycle. You can also download your monthly bill easily on the Home Credit mobile app
