  • Direct Debit (ECS/ ACH)
    • Authorize a direct debit of your payments from your bank account
    • It's not always easy to keep track of your monthly loan repayment dates each month. If you'd like to get rid of the stress of recalling the date, you can automat the debit from your bank account though Home Credit's Direct Debit payment facility.     • While opting for Direct Debit, keep in mind:
    • — To maintain a sufficient balance in your account at least 2 days before the due date. To know your due date of monthly Instalment /EMI, please refer to your loan summary/sanction letter
    • — In case of Direct Debit bounce due to any reason, bounce fee and late payment charges will be applicable from due date

THIRD PARTY PAYMENT

Home Credit offers you the option of a third party online payment transfer of funds via NEFT. To initiate fund transfer, you can simply log into your bank account and add Home Credit Finance India Pvt. Ltd. as a payee with the details given below and make payment.

  • Choose debit card/netbanking option to make your payment
  • Enter transaction password or One Time Password ( OTP ) sent to your registered mobile number, to complete the transaction

You can choose to make your Home Credit payments in cash at a payment channel partner closest to you. Points to keep in mind while making cash payments:

  • Enter the correct Home Credit loan Contract Number i.e. xxxxxxxxxx while making the payment
  • Make the payment at least six days before the due date of every month to allow for the transaction time
  • Preserve your payment receipt with correct details for future references. Without the payment deposit receipt, your payment is not valid
  •  Penalty (starting from 300/- ) will be levied where the full payment is received after the due date

Guidelines for payment through partner channels:

- ONLINE PAYMENT- Payment through HCIN website using DEBIT CARD or INTERNET BANKING

  • Visit https://homecredit.co.in/pay and click on “Pay your EMI “ option on the right hand side corner of the screen

  • Visit the Vodafone outlet
  • Ask for making payment of Home Credit monthly instalment
  • Retailer will Login to his/her m-pesa wallet
  • Retailer will ask for your mobile number and OTP will be received
  • Provide the OTP to retailer
  • Provide your Contract ID and amount to be paid to retailer
  • At this point you will again receive an OTP for payment authorisation, confirm the OTP to retailer
  • Make cash payment of monthly payable amount
  • Collect the receipt and SMS will be received as well

Guidelines for payment: Vodafone m-pesa application

  • Download m-pesa app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vodafone.vmpl.mpesa
  • Register on the application (for 1st time users only)
  • Click on bill payment option
  • Click on utility bills
  • From the dropdown “Biller type” select collection and tax
  • From the dropdown “Biller” select Home Credit
  • Post selection of Home Credit the application will ask for
    • Contract ID
    • Amount to be paid
    • Nick Name
    • M-pesa wallet pin
  • Post entering these details click on pay now
  • Once done, you will receive SMS confirmation for payment

Guideline for Payment: USSD without internet services (Only for Vodafone users who have registered on m-pesa wallet)

  • Dial *400#
  • Enter m-pin and click send
  • Type 3 “Bill Payment” and click on send
  • Type 7 “Collection and” and click on send
  • Type 1” Search biller & Pay” and click on send
  • Search for Home Credit from the list of billers and click on appropriate number against it
  • Enter amount of payment and click on send
  • Enter m-pin
  • Post successful transaction you will receive SMS alert for the transaction

  • Visit any post office with an e-payment facility
  • Provide details of your Contract Number, Company name, Monthly repayment amount and Mobile number
  • Submit along with the payment
  • Collect the payment deposit receipt

  • Visit your nearest Axis Bank branch
  • Ask for the payment through the "Easy Pay" service
  • Please fill up the standard deposit slip available at Branch using details below:
    • Contract ID in place of Account number
    • Your name
    • Date of deposit
    • Branch name
  • Make cash payment of monthly payable amount
  • Collect the signed & stamped deposit receipt

Guidelines for payment: Payment at ICICI Bank branch by using "I-Sure pay" Service

  • Visit your nearest ICICI Bank branch
  • Please fill up the normal deposit slip available at Branch using details below:
    • On the top of the deposit slip mention “I-SURE PAY-HCIP”.
    • In place of Name of A/C holder mention “Home Credit India Fin. Pvt. Ltd-HCIP”
    • Mention Contract ID- (refer loan summary) in place of ‘Particulars’ on left hand side and in place of Bank and on right hand side of the deposit slip.
    • Mention Amount with correct denominations.
    • Rest details has to be filled as per column name.
  • Make cash payment of monthly payable amount.
  • Collect the signed & stamped deposit receipt from the banker.

Guidelines for payment: EASY BILL, ITZ CASH Outlets/POS

  • Visit your nearest agent based Easy Bill or ITZ outlet
  • Ask the outlet agent to make the payment for Home Credit EMI
  • Pay the monthly amount
  • Collect the Printed Deposit slip from the outlet agent
  • Get an SMS also against the payment made at the outlet

Guidelines for payment: Suvidhaa Outlets

  • Visit your nearest Suvidhaa outlet
  • Carry your mobile phone with registered number while visiting any of Suvidhaa outlet for payment
  • Please provide your mobile number, email ID and contract ID to the retailer
  • Make payment for monthly amount
  • Once the retailer enters the amount and the other details in system, an OTP (One Time Password) is generated.
  • You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile phone containing OTP & the amount entered in the system. If the amount is correct, please share OTP to the retailer to proceed with the transaction
  • Collect the deposit receipt from the retailer
  • You will receive a transaction confirmation SMS on the registered mobile number

E-COLLECT - Payment through NEFT/Fund Transfer using INTERNET BANKING

  • To initiate a payment through fund transfer the customer needs to perform the below mentioned activities.
  • Add beneficiary: This is a procedure where in the customer needs to add a beneficiary before making payment for Home Credit through the option of E-Collect. Process for adding a beneficiary:
    • Beneficiary Name: Home Credit India Finance Private Limited
    • Beneficiary Account No.: HCIN**********(10 digit HCIN contract ID)
    • Bank Name: Citi Bank N.A.
    • City: Delhi
    • IFSC Code: CITI0000002
    • Account Type: CA
    • Amount in Rupees: xxxxxxxx (MONTHLY PAYMENT)
    • After successfully adding the beneficiary initiate the fund transfer against monthly payment amount.

  • — Effective December 1, 2017, late payment charges have been revised as Rs. 350 for delay up to 1 day, Rs. 800 for delay up to 30 days, Rs. 1350 for delay up to 60 days and Rs. 2100 for delay beyond 60 days, post due date respectively
