What is not covered?

  • Any damage other than a cracked screen
  • Gradually developing flows, defects, cracks or partial fractures in any part not necessitating immediate stoppage, although at some future time repair or renewal of the parts affected may be necessary.
  • Breakage arising out of any intentional act towards the Mobile Device including but not limited to incorrect installation
  • Breakage to the Mobile Device which has had its serial number label and/or similar identification labels removed, defaced or altered
